Shipping Policy

All our orders are shipped through PostEx, a trusted courier service used across Pakistan. Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation message on WhatsApp, which will include your order details and your PostEx tracking number. The customer must confirm the order on WhatsApp, and only after confirmation will the order be processed and dispatched.

Delivery usually takes 5–6 working days anywhere in Pakistan. In some remote or far-off areas, the delivery time may be slightly longer, depending on courier availability. After your order is shipped, the tracking number provided will allow you to easily check the status of your parcel on the PostEx tracking page at any time.

Shipping charges may vary depending on your city and parcel weight, and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout. PostEx will make delivery attempts and may contact you if needed to ensure smooth delivery.
