RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience at our online thrift store. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchange only (no refunds) in the following cases:

• Damaged Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, torn, or not as described, you are eligible for an exchange.

• Incorrect Size Based on Website Measurements

If the product measurements on our website do not match the actual product you received, we will offer an exchange.

(Please note: Slight 1–2 cm variation may occur due to manual measurement.)


2. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags/labels must be attached (if any).

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided for verification.


3. Delivery Charges for Exchange

  • The customer will pay 200 PKR delivery charges for the exchange process.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.


4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Washed, used, or altered items

  • Clearance or sale items (if marked non-exchangeable)


5. Process for Exchange

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp / Email with your order number & issue.

  2. Share photos/videos of the product.

  3. Once approved, you will send the product back through courier.

  4. After receiving and checking the item, we will send your exchanged product.
